WHERE DOES THE FESTIVAL TAKE PLACE?
Dundee Lodge located at 50845 SW Dundee Rd, Gaston, OR 97119

when is the festival?
Friday July 19th through Sunday July 21st. Load out is on Sunday.

HOW MANY TICKETS WILL BE SOLD FOR THE FESTIVAL?
There are only 400 total tickets available for Out West Music Fest!

ARE THERE KIDS TICKETS?
Kids 12 and under are free.  Anyone over the age of 12 will have to purchase a festival ticket.

DO I NEED CASH?
Nope! This is a cashless event!

WHAT ARE BOX OFFICE HOURS (AKA WHEN CAN WE ENTER)?
Box office hours are as follows: FRIDAY: 12:00pm to 10:00pm / SATURDAY 10:00am to 9:00pm

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE OR EARLY?
You will have to wait until the box office opens. No exceptions.

ARE DAY PASSES OR ONE DAY PASSES AVAILABLE?
There are “Saturday only” passes available.

I CAN’T MAKE THE FESTIVAL.  CAN I GET A REFUND?
Sorry, no. We have a no refund policy. However, you can use a third party ticket platform like Cash or Trade to sell your ticket.

DO I HAVE TO BUY A PARKING PASS?
No. Vehicle parking is free. However, parking is limited so we encourage you to carpool with your friends.

CAN I BRING MY RV?
Yes. There are very limited RV spaces available on a first come first serve basis. There are no hookups for RVs. A vehicle is considered an RV if it is between 18 and 35 feet in length. This includes cars with trailers.  RV passes must be purchased online and cost $75 each.

CAN I HAVE A FIRE?
Festival organizers will be having a nightly bonfire at the festival. However, other than the fire controlled by the festival, no open flames of any kind are allowed. Gas camp stoves for cooking are allowed.

MAY I COME AND GO AS NEEDED?
RE-ENTRY POLICY: Patrons will be permitted to exit and re-enter the event if they do so according to event requirements.

We do encourage patrons to bring enough supplies for the entire event. During times of heavy incoming traffic, exiting vehicles may experience delays. If you know you will have to leave, tell a parking coordinator and they will try to accommodate. Vehicles returning may not be able to return to the same parking as before. You may have to park at the remote lot.  Intoxicated persons will not be re-admitted. Your vehicle will be searched any time you enter the site. All persons must have the proper event ticket, pass, wristband, and ID or they will be required to purchase another ticket.

CAN I BRING MY DOG OR OTHER ANIMAL?
No, sorry. No animals other than the ones living at the lodge are allowed.  You will be asked to leave immediately if this is violated.  No exceptions.

CAN I BRING MY SERVICE ANIMAL?
The only exception to this is service dogs that are trained for a certain task, such as a guide dog for a blind person. Oregon Law does not recognize dogs or other animals as a service animal unless you are blind, deaf or physically handicapped. They must be trained to perform a certain task, not be simply someone’s companion. What qualifies as a task are such things as a guide dog for the blind, what does not qualify is a companion dog.

IS “OUTSIDE” ALCOHOL ALLOWED?
No. unfortunately due to OLCC regulations there is no outside alcohol allowed.  However, we will have beer, cider, seltzer and “mixed drinks” available for a very reasonable price on site and you can take it anywhere on the grounds (even back to your camp).

ARE THERE SHOWERS ON SITE?
Nope! We are all gonna get nice and festival crusty!

IS THERE POTABLE WATER?
Potable water is available, however, we ask that you bring plenty of your own water.  The property is on a well and tends to be low during the hot summer days.

IS THERE SWIMMING?
Hagg Lake is about a half mile hike from the festival. You must follow all the rules for Hagg Lake.
